Your Recent Role

This position involves collaborating with and providing assistance to personable property lawyers on residential and commercial conveyancing, other types of property transactions and learning more to expand your legal skillset. A solid understanding of Queensland conveyancing practices is a huge advantage, including PEXA. The workload is manageable,



prioritising the quality of work over quantity and looking after busy fee earners with admin / PA work.

About You

- At least 1 year of experience as a Legal Secretary (but we are open to those who are more junior or senior)
- Experience within Conveyancing / Property Law would be considered favourably but if you have worked in another area for a law firm with transferrable skills, this could be your chance to move across to property
- Ability to work full‑time and bring strong initiative, communication skills with banks, agents and lawyers
- Not graduating for at least 2 years – this role requires someone in a support role for minimum 12 months.
