You'll be working with clients, suppliers, landlords and internal stakeholders daily, so a proactive attitude and confidence in following up and driving outcomes are essential.If you're looking for a role that can lead to a long-term career in Facilities Management, this is an outstanding opportunity to learn from industry experts within a global organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate planned and reactive maintenance activities across a property portfolioManage work orders and contractor engagement to ensure service delivery requirements are metFollow up contractors, landlords and stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed on timeManage purchase orders,



invoicing and financial administration activitiesAssist with maintaining asset registers and statutory compliance documentationSupport contractor performance and compliance managementLiaise with landlords, managing agents and service providers regarding repairs and maintenanceAssist with budget tracking and maintenance spend reportingSupport critical maintenance escalations and incident reportingContribute to client reporting, variance commentary and data management activitiesHelp drive positive customer outcomes through responsive and proactive service deliveryAbout YouExperience in facilities administration, maintenance coordination, accounts payable, CXC customer service, or administrationHighly motivated and confident in following up clients, contractors and stakeholdersStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and relationship-building abilitiesProven ability to manage multiple tasks and competing prioritiesCustomer-focused with a proactive and can-do attitudeComfortable working with systems, data and reportingAbout Cushman & WakefieldCushman & Wakefield is a global leader in commercial real estate services, with 50,000+ employees across 60 countries.
