We are hiring for a Works Coordinator/Customer Service Officer to join our team. Step into a business that offers invaluable solutions to customers managing their waste and recycling needs. You’ll work with business customers on a wide range of queries, where you’ll work out solutions and ensure they feel well looked after. As the Works Co-Ordinator, you are the true voice of the customer and often the face of our business for many of our customers. You’ll work to resolve customer issues, which involves engaging with most teams across the business and a wide range of subcontractors to deliver on a range of activities such as raising work orders, following up driver requirements and much more. No day is ever the same!
