This leading Engineering and Industrial Service company is seeking an experienced and trade-qualified (preferable fitter/turner) Production Supervisor to lead a small team on the workshop floor, coordinating workflow, and ensuring production targets are met.

- Full time, Monday to Friday day shift role with occasional Saturday
- Monday to Thursday: 6:30am to 4:00pm
- Friday: 6:30am to 3:15pm
- Market-competitive salary based on experience (negotiable)
- Lead a small, skilled team

About the Role

- Supervising daily workshop production activities
- Leading and supporting a team of trades and production staff
- Allocating work and managing workflow to meet deadlines
- Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
- Monitoring productivity and driving continuous improvement
- Assisting with problem-solving and technical support on the floor
- Liaising with management regarding progress and resourcing needs

About You

- Trade-qualified in Fitting & turning or relevant mechanical trade
- Previous experience in supervisory or leading hand role within manufacturing, engineering or fabrication workshop
- Leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
