Job Summary

In this role, you will provide non‑routine cost engineering/planning and scheduling needs to projects. You will establish stakeholder relationships, conduct schedule analysis and integrate activities, identify restraints, quantify risks, monitor cost and performance, recommend alternatives, and deliver training sessions and workshops. Your activities will synthesize project components into seamless execution.

Major Responsibilities

- Provide and/or coordinate generally non‑routine cost engineering/planning and scheduling needs to projects
- Responsible for total integration of schedule activities; identify schedule considerations and problems resulting from inter‑discipline or functional restraints and interfaces
- Conduct project schedule analysis and studies of problem areas to determine criticality of schedule activities
- Recommend alternatives for schedule improvement to project team for discussion and/or decision
- Lead the development and review of schedule recovery plans, including evaluation of additional resources/costs required to affect such plans, when requested
- Monitor cost recording and reporting practices for compliance with applicable standards




- Develop accurate cost reports; verify consistency with previous reports to ensure compatibility and consistency
- Lead risk workshops, interviews and information gathering as it relates to risk identification, review, and update
- Establish and continuously improve project functional stakeholder relationships toward effective PERM execution and customer interface with PERM activities, including training as necessary
- Deliver training sessions and facilitate workshops

Education and Experience Requirements

Requires bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) and 10‑13 years of relevant experience, or 14‑17 years of relevant work experience.
