Job Description
Graduate Physiotherapist for the Better Rehab Graduate Program 2027.

The Role
Working in Surrey Hills, you’ll support NDIS participants aged 6–65 years across a wide-ranging community caseload, including:
- Neurological conditions
- Spinal cord injuries
- Multiple Sclerosis, Cerebral Palsy, Motor Neuron Disease
This is a community-based role, delivering functional, participant-led therapy across homes, day centres, parks and clinic spaces.
You’ll:
- Complete meaningful assessments and design practical therapy plans
- Build long‑term relationships and see real progress
- Work closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team
Our Graduate Program

- A graduate‑specific induction week (NDIS, community practice & life at Better Rehab)
- 1:1 discipline‑specific supervision
- 6 months of structured induction, training and upskilling

Qualifications
- Physiotherapy qualification (graduating in 2026 or January 2027)
- Passion for supporting people with disability
- Driver’s licence and own vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
