About The Role

Work with a large Australian organisation that is heavily investing in technology. You will join a small, hands‑on Product Engineering team responsible for building and enhancing in‑house digital products that support core business operations.

This is a highly collaborative environment where everyone in the team remains close to the code. You will work directly with experienced engineers, product specialists and AI‑focused team members, contributing across both frontend and backend development.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career or operating at mid‑level who wants to grow within a modern engineering environment. If you are a curious engineer who is hungry to learn, brings ideas to the table and gets stuck in this will be a great opportunity.

What You Bring

- At least 2 years' hands on software engineering experience
- Strong fundamentals in one language and must have exposure to .NET/C#
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML and modern web development (React)




- Familiarity with technical testing practices and ideally UAT processes
- AI assisted development experience and an interest and willingness to use AI tools (e.g. Claude Code) as part of daily development work
- Ability to work across backend, frontend or full‑stack development
- Attitude - they are looking for a robust engineer who wants to have an impact
- Strong problem‑solving ability and ability to demonstrate your logic and thinking
