The Fellowship in Stroke Medicine at Princess Alexandra Hospital provides sub-specialty training in hyperacute stroke management, as well as subacute and long‑term stroke medicine. The Fellow oversees the day‑to‑day operation of the Stroke unit and provides medical services to all patients presenting to the hospital, both inpatient and outpatient services within the designated stroke unit.
