We're looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to help shape capability across Australia and Current Zealand, while supporting the consistency and evolution of learning frameworks across our broader APAC business.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you'll drive initiatives that strengthen leadership capability, enhance performance and development, and build the skills our people need to succeed today and into the future. This role combines innovation—including AI and smarter ways of working—with strong foundations in leadership, compliance and organisational capability.

What you'll do

You’ll design and deliver practical, high-impact learning solutions across areas including:

- Leadership development and capability building
- AI and future ways of working
- Onboarding and essential skills
- Compliance and mandatory learning
- Performance, development and succession planning





Working closely with HR Business Partners, business leaders and subject matter experts, you'll identify capability gaps, embed consistent leadership behaviours and ensure learning is aligned to business priorities.

You'll also contribute to the governance and continuous improvement of learning frameworks that support consistency across our APAC operations.

About you

You'll be a commercially minded L&D; professional who enjoys building practical solutions and influencing change. You'll bring:

- Experience designing and delivering learning and development programs within complex organisations
- Strong knowledge of leadership development, capability building and adult learning principles
- Experience managing compliance and essential learning frameworks
- Excellent facilitation, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Strong project management and program delivery capability
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Interest or experience in AI and modern ways of working (highly regarded)
- Experience working across complex, multi-country or multi-region organisations (highly desirable)
- Tertiary qualifications in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Organisational Development, Psychology or a related discipline are preferred.
- Shape the future of learning and capability across ANZ
- Influence leadership, performance and talent outcomes
- Work closely with senior leaders and a collaborative HR team
- Contribute to regional learning frameworks within a growing Asia Pacific organisation
