How you’ll make a difference as an Early Years Educator
- Offer exceptional care and education in accordance with the EYFS
- Support and meet the unique needs of each child in your care

- Build warm, trusting relationships with families through kind, open communication
What an Early Years Educator Needs
- At least Level 2 qualified in a UK‑recognised early years qualification
- Strong understanding of EYFS
- Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children
