Working closely with Project Managers, suppliers, clients, and internal stakeholders, you will play a key role in ensuring lighting projects are delivered efficiently from quotation through to completion.
About the Role
As the Project Lighting Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support across multiple lighting projects while ensuring exceptional customer service and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare project quotations, proposals, and lighting schedules.
- Process orders and liaise with suppliers regarding pricing, lead times, and deliveries.
- Coordinate project documentation and maintain accurate records.
- Assist Project Managers with project timelines and reporting.
- Communicate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Manage invoicing, purchase orders,
and general project administration.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve enquiries promptly.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Previous administration experience within lighting, electrical, construction, or project environments.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- High attention to detail and strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience with project coordination, procurement, or lighting products will be highly regarded.
