Senior Manager Third Party Partner Governance | All locations

We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead Third Party Partner Governance within the Consumer Banking Division. This role plays a critical part in safeguarding business while enabling sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Managing Third Party Banking's material service providers and assurance programs.
- Designing, embedding and maintaining robust governance frameworks for third parties, defining clear decision, escalation, and reporting paths.
- Leading and executing compliance and assurance programs across all third parties.
- Providing high‑impact operational support and thought leadership directly to the General Manager, ensuring the business consistently delivers all internal, external, and contractual requirements at a high standard.
- Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders at both strategic and tactical levels.

What you'll bring to the role

- A proven experience in senior management roles within Banking or Financial Services, specifically in governance or assurance program management.
- In‑depth knowledge of APRA regulatory standards (including CPS230), operational resilience principles, and governance frameworks.




- Exceptional relationship‑building, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills, with the proven ability to influence senior leadership and external partners.
- A strategic mindset that expertly balances risk oversight with commercial business enablement.
- Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Risk Management, Business, or another relevant discipline.
