The Manager City Operations is a senior leadership roleresponsible for providing strategic direction, operationaloversight and continuous improvement across key city services.Reporting to the Director Infrastructure and City Services,this role leads diverse teams delivering facility maintenance,city amenity, fleet and plant operations, emergency managementand the Operations Centre, ensuring services are safe,efficient, customer focused and aligned with Council’sstrategic objectives.

What you’ll do

- LeadCity Operations services across facilities, amenity,fleet and emergency management
- Driveservice excellence through strategic leadership andcontinuous improvement
- Managebudgets, contracts and projects to deliver effectiveoutcomes
- Ensurecompliance with safety, regulatory and legislativerequirements
- Leadand develop teams to foster collaboration, customerfocus and performance

What you need to succeed

- Relevant tertiary qualification, with postgraduatemanagement qualifications desirable
- Extensive leadership experience in complex operationalenvironments
- Strong operational knowledge across facilities, amenity,waste and fleet services
- Proven financial, contract and project managementexperience




- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagementskills
