We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to immediately join our team. The successful candidate will be required to review tender requests and documentation, collate and prepare tender submissions in a timely and efficient manner.

Duties and Responsibilities

As a Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the Estimating Division Such As

- Manage and review tender requests
- Review and analyse technical drawings, scopes and specifications for projects
- Responsible for completing plan take-offs, BOQs and project cost spreadsheets
- Supplier management including qualification and coordination for pricing
- Liaise with clients and management of expectations
- Prepare tender submissions and ensure deadlines are met
- Internal and external stakeholder management




- Make recommendations and assist Senior Management to improve processes and efficiencies across the division and organisation
- Development/Management of business estimating templates and databases
- Be the authoritative contact for all matters relating to the Department
- Communicate with Senior Leadership team openly and as soon as any issues are identified
- Reporting to the General Manager

Experience and Skills Required

- Tertiary qualifications preferred
- Over 4 years’ experience in a similar role is essential (Construction, Civil and Landscaping Estimators experience)
- Advanced technical knowledge of landscape and/or civil construction methodology, materials etc.
- Competent and confident to use Microsoft suite of products including Word, Excel, PDF, Project etc.
- Reliable transportation
- Workcover White Card
- Fluent written and verbal English ability
- Excellent interpersonal skills
