Role Overview

As aPersonal Care Worker, you’ll provide assistance to residents, ensuring they receive services and activities centred around their wellbeing, independence, interests and choices. Your key focus will be to deliver high‑quality, safe, and timely contemporary personal care; assist with daily living functions, support residents’ independence, help maintain dignity, self‑determination and comfort, and complete required documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide high‑quality, safe and timely contemporary personal care.
- Assist with the functions of daily living according to individual residents’ needs.
- Support and care for residents as they age, maintaining independence and dignity.
- Assist residents with self‑care needs, secure mobility and transfers.
- Complete and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications & Experience





- CertificateIII in Individual Support & Ageing (or equivalent).
- Experience in aged care highly regarded.
- Valid working rights in Australia (passport, birth certificate, etc.).
- Prior to commencement, complete a National Police Check or an NDIS Workers Check (or willingness to obtain).

Glasshouse Views is located in Beerwah, a charming town in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, surrounded by the majestic Glass House Mountains.
