ASC Blasting and Coating is seeking skilled and reliable Yard Person/ Forklift Operator to join our growing team in Canning Vale . We offer consistent work, a safety-first culture, and a well-established workplace.
About the Role
In this position, you’ll provide essential operational support across the yard, including material handling, loading and unloading trucks, booking in jobs, and maintaining clean and safe yard areas. You’ll take ownership of creating an efficient workflow while upholding high safety standards.
This is a full‑time role suited to someone who likes to stay active in a diverse, fast paced, working environment.
Daily Responsibilities
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and general yard operations.
- Carry out physical tasks.
- Enter job details into the ASC job system including tagging.
- Maintain equipment and ensure the yard remains organized and hazard‑free.
- Support workshop and operations teams as required.
- Weekend and occasional night work only when operationally necessary.
Requirements
- Previous experience in yard operations.
- Physically fit with a strong focus on safety.
- Positive attitude and willingness to assist across different tasks.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently when needed.
