We are looking for Casual and Part‑time Personal Care Workers who are passionate about a person‑centered approach to care, to join our facility in Wauchope. We are offering both casual and permanent positions, with flexible hours and working arrangements.

Responsibilities
- Personal care is provided in accordance with each resident's needs and preferences such as personal hygiene, continence care, mobility, eating & drinking etc.
- Clinical Care such as medication support, basic dressings, and wound care, measuring vital signs etc.
- Social and recreational support such as assisting residents' family and visitors, and assisting residents attending activities.
- Domestic services such as cleaning and serving meals.
- Assessment and care planning such as completing care documentation, including progress notes and daily charts.
Qualifications
- Minimum Cert III in Aged Care or equivalent (or enrolled in same)
- Unlimited working rights, we do not offer sponsorship
- Experience in providing daily care and activities to clients
- Experience in working in an Aged Care settingCurrently hold and maintain an NDIS Worker Clearance (or willing to obtain)
- Be passionate about delivering a person-centered approach to care
- Demonstrate robust verbal and written communication skills.
