The Opportunity

We're currently seeking experienced Dump Truck Operators for ongoing production mining operations at Mount Carlton Mine , located in the Bowen Basin, QLD .

Reporting directly to the Production Supervisor , you will be responsible for operating CAT 777 or larger haul trucks within a hard rock mining environment. You will join a high-performing production team, contributing to the safe and efficient transport of ore across the site.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term employment on a well-established mine with modern facilities and strong prospects for permanent placement . Candidates with hard rock experience are highly preferred; however, experienced coal operators will also be considered.

Experience & Requirements

Essential

- Minimum 2 years' experience in production mining (preferred)
- Experience operating CAT 777 or larger haul trucks
- Current Standard 11 (S11) and relevant site competencies
- Clean National Police Check (within the last 6 months)
- Strong commitment to safety and ability to work within a team
- Current valid driver's licence

Desirable

- Hard rock mining experience highly regarded
- Coal mining experience will also be considered

Additional Requirements

- Demonstrated strong safety mindset and adherence to site procedures
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
- Provide two recent, contactable references
- Must be available for immediate mobilisation
