The Chance

You will play a key role in supporting clients and delivering high-quality accounting and advisory services, including:

- Managing a portfolio of SME clients across a variety of industries
- Preparing financial statements, tax returns and compliance work
- Providing proactive business advisory support to clients
- Assisting with tax planning and identifying opportunities for clients
- Building trusted relationships with business ownersWorking closely with Managers and Partners on client strategies
- Reviewing work and supporting junior team members




- Taking ownership of client outcomes and deadlines

About You

You will ideally have:

- 3+ years' experience within Australian public practice accounting
- Strong experience across Business Services and Tax
- Experience managing a portfolio of SME clients
- CA/CPA qualification or actively working towards completion
- Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with clients
- A desire to develop commercially and progress your career
- The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team
