Russell Kennedy Lawyers is seeking an experienced Advisor to lead our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) efforts in Melbourne. You will coordinate the DEI program, provide governance support, and partner with internal groups to deliver inclusive initiatives across the employee lifecycle.
You will also support Learning & Development, drive accessibility in training, manage external DEI partners, and contribute to compliance and reporting activities.
