Brisbane City
Founded in 2022, Progress Pathways has always had two goals: Give kids more opportunities to thrive, and be the best workplace for allied health professionals. Over the past 4.5 years, our team of 13 therapists has built three thriving practices across Kedron, North Lakes, and Burleigh Heads.
Our North Lakes practice is a beautiful, welcoming space co-located with Delta Gymnastics. You'll be joining a collaborative, tight-knit multidisciplinary team of three OTs and stepping into a beautifully established caseload for our departing SP.

- Remuneration: $90,000–$125,000+ pa (incl. super) based on experience + laptop + travel allowance
- Flexibility: 4-day week, 9-day fortnight, or flexible hours available
We welcome applications from Early-career to Experienced Speech Pathologists (best suiting 3+ years of paeds experience) as well as parents returning to work seeking a family-friendly role.
