Job Title – Hyperscience Consultant

Role Summary

The Hyperscience Consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions using the Hyperscience platform. The role involves collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to automate document‑centric processes, improve data accuracy, and integrate IDP capabilities into enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, configure, and deploy Hyperscience IDP solutions to automate document ingestion, classification, and data extraction.
- Build, train, and optimise machine learning models for processing structured, semi‑structured, and unstructured documents, including handwritten forms and complex layouts.
- Integrate Hyperscience with enterprise applications such as CRM, ERP, workflow, and loan origination platforms to enable end‑to‑end process automation.
- Configure Human‑in‑the‑Loop (HITL) workflows to ensure data quality, exception handling, and high processing accuracy.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and development teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable automation solutions.
- Analyse document processing performance, identify optimisation opportunities, and implement continuous improvements.
- Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting,



and best practices for Hyperscience platform adoption and support.

Required Skills & Experience

- Hands‑on experience implementing and configuring Hyperscience Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions.
- Strong understanding of document classification, OCR, machine learning, and data extraction technologies.
- Experience integrating IDP platforms with enterprise systems using APIs and workflow orchestration tools.
- Knowledge of automation, business process management, and document‑centric workflows.
- Solid stakeholder management, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working on large‑scale digital transformation and process automation initiatives.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, or other document‑intensive industries.
- Familiarity with OCR, RPA, workflow automation, and AI/ML technologies.
