Zendesk, Inc. is seeking a backend engineer to design and implement the agent execution core, knowledge retrieval, and connectors in a scalable microservices setting on Kubernetes/AWS.

You will work on production systems that operate across thousands of accounts, ensuring reliability and integration with various data sources and APIs. Responsibilities include instrumenting data for ML training, handling security and governance, and collaborating with security teams as Zendesk scales.
