HSS Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Dozer and Grader Operators for casual opportunities at the South32 Boddington Bauxite Mine.
Working with a highly regarded mining services contractor, you will be part of a team delivering safe and efficient earthmoving operations across rehabilitation, production, and site infrastructure projects.

About the Roles
We are seeking experienced operators across the following positions:
Dozer Operators
Operating CAT D10T and D11 Dozers across rehabilitation and production mining activities, including:
- Bench preparation
- Haul road construction and maintenance
- Cut‑to‑fill and contouring works
- General earthworks and rehabilitation activities
- Surge pile operations and supporting fixed plant requirements (where applicable)
Grader Operators
Operating CAT 16H Graders to maintain:
- Scraper work areas
- Access tracks
- Stockpiles
- Haul roads
- Production and rehabilitation areas
Roster & Location
28‑day Sportsman Roster
- 4 days on / 4 days off
- 5 days on / 5 days off
- Rotating day and night shifts
Travel to Site:
- Company bus provided to and from site each shift, or you can choose to travel in your own vehicle
- Applicants must reside within the Peel Region to meet fatigue management requirements
This is a local opportunity, allowing you to be home every night.
About You
To be successful, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience operating CAT D10T and D11 Dozers and/or CAT 16H Graders (or equivalent equipment)
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence (HR licence desirable)
- Ability to successfully complete a pre‑employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
- Proven experience working within mining production, rehabilitation, earthworks and around fixed plant
- Ability to operate safely and efficiently while meeting production targets and site requirements
- Experience completing tasks such as haul road maintenance, rehabilitation works, production support, stockpile management, and general earthworks
- Strong commitment to safety, environmental standards, and quality workmanship
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and build positive working relationships onsite
