Pay Rate: $27.08/hr base + $1 KPI bonus (paid quarterly after successful probation)

Cater Care is seeking multiple Catering Assistants to join our team in Malmsbury.
In this fast‑paced role, you will assist with food preparation and meal service while maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards. You will also support young people participating in training and work‑experience programs, helping to create a positive, respectful, and inclusive kitchen environment.

What This Role Involves
- Assisting with food preparation and delivery
- Customer service – serving clients and staff meals and snacks
- Re‑stocking as required, and after meal periods
- Dishwashing and maintaining clean kitchen and service areas
- Following all food safety and hygiene standards
Desired Skills And Experience
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Proven experience in food preparation and/or customer service
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Qualified communication and presentation skills
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
- Current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
Important Requirements
All successful applicants must have a valid Working With Children Check and be willing to undertake a National Criminal History Check.
