Key Responsibilities

- Lead the creative direction across a broad menswear portfolio.
- Elevate fabrication, garment construction, fit and finishing to enhance overall product quality.
- Refine silhouettes and develop a explicit, contemporary design handwriting.
- Identify opportunities to expand into new product categories and drive category growth.
- Translate global trends into commercially relevant collections.
- Mentor and develop a talented design team.
- Collaborate with Buying, Production and offshore suppliers throughout the development process.





About You

- Extensive menswear design experience within a leading retail or fashion business.
- Solid understanding of fabrication, garment construction, fit and technical product development.
- A passion for creating modern, commercially successful product.
- Experience leading or mentoring designers within a fast-paced environment.
- Confident presenting seasonal concepts and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Highly collaborative with excellent communication and organisational skills.
