Are you an agricultural professional looking to step into a high‑earning sales role? A leading machinery dealership network is seeking a self‑motivated Sales Consultant to take ownership of the Cunderdin territory and surrounding farming regions.

This autonomous position is ideal for an experienced salesperson, or a skilled agricultural technician or aftersales specialist looking to make a successful career transition into sales. You will act as the primary commercial representative for the branch, managing equipment sales across the local district with comprehensive backing from group leadership.

Key responsibilities

- Drive sales of quality agricultural equipment across the regional territory
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with local primary producers




- Identify client machinery requirements and deliver tailored equipment solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and oversee the end‑to‑end sales process

Key requirements

- Sound background within agricultural equipment, machinery trades, or dealership aftersales
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer‑first mindset
- High level of motivation and the ability to manage a territory independently

Whilst not essential, previous exposure to Agricultural and Farming Machinery in a retail or wholesale environment would be advantageous (but not essential) for this position. Candidates who have experience with brands such asJohn Deere, Case IH, Recent Holland, Massey Ferguson, Fendt, Claas, Kubota, Deutz or similar are strongly encouraged to apply.

On offer is a competitive base salary of around $100,000 plus uncapped commissions (with an 18‑month minimum earning guarantee). A company vehicle and heavily subsidised accommodation is also available. Our client would also be open to a drive in, drive out option.
