About the Role

Infrastructure Engineers are responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and retiring infrastructure capabilities that support critical digital services. This includes physical, virtual, networking, and cloud‑based infrastructure environments, ensuring platforms remain secure, reliable, scalable, and aligned with organisational requirements.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to improve and optimise the implementation, utilisation, and management of data‑driven business solutions.
- Diagnose and resolve operational and technical issues in partnership with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Engage with business‑led technology teams to provide solution expertise, share knowledge, and contribute to continuous capability uplift.
- Participate in platform configuration planning, administration, and ongoing management activities.
- Identify and communicate design, implementation, testing,



quality, risk, assumption, and dependency considerations to relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain system design documentation, implementation artefacts, technical procedures, and operational policies.
- Perform technical assessments, solution design, configuration, and deployment of new capabilities across data platform environments.
- Ensure compliance with ICT policies, security standards, governance frameworks, and operational procedures.
- Provide knowledge transfer, mentoring, and support to technical teams to enhance capability and knowledge sharing.

- Maintain current knowledge of information technology practices, processes, and emerging technologies through ongoing career development.
- Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with stakeholders, technical teams, and business partners.
