NRW has been awarded the contract by Evolution Mining (Mungari) Pty Ltd for the surface mining at Castle Hill. The goldfield site is about 510 kms north‑east of Perth, 40 km north of Coolgardie and 50 km northwest of Kalgoorlie. NRW will provide earthworks initially, then load and haul, drill and blast (via Action Drill & Blast) and construction of supporting facilities on‑site.
We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic personnel to come and join the team.
About the role
- 2/1 roster – day and night shifts
- Must have excavator operating experience on 2600 Hitachi or 6030+ CAT – 250 tonne to 800 tonne
- Must have solid experience in mining with strong production experience
- Ideally seeking Operators with 3-5 years’ experience
- Travel time from site to camp is only about 10 minutes

What we look for in our people
- Australian Manual Drivers Licence
- Clean National Police Clearance dated in past 3 months
- Relevant experience in previous role/s with dates of employment outlined clearly on resume
- Able to demonstrate behaviours in alignment to NRW’s company values and safety standards
- A “can do” attitude and strong team player mentality
