About the Role

Our business is looking for 2 full time experienced retail Butchers who are able to work in a fast-paced team. We will consider overseas applicants eligible for an employer sponsored Visa.

Responsibilities

- Sharpen and retain a keen edge on knives
- Break down a body of beef and slice various cuts of beef
- Debone and trim chickens to specification in a clean and quick manner
- Debone and trim to specification various pork cuts including legs, loin and shoulder

Requirements

- Drivers licence
- A minimum of 3 years industry experience is required
- Abide by company policies and procedures at all times including company dress standards
