As the Customer Support Administrator, you’ll be the go-to person for customers; handling enquiries, tracking orders, sourcing parts and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Think fast-paced, team-driven and all about delivering a excellent customer experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries.
- Process orders, quotes and parts sales.
- Track deliveries and chase up orders.
- Source parts (including tricky backorders).
- Work with teams across the business to get the job done.

What We Are Looking For

- Experience in customer service or admin.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail and a team‑first attitude.




- Experience with systems (SAP / CRM / ERP) is a bonus.
