Role Overview

We are seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and creative Lifestyle Assistant to join our dedicated team.

Responsibilities

- Support the planning and delivery of engaging recreational and social programmes
- Build positive, supportive relationships with residents
- Help create a vibrant, inclusive, and enjoyable environment
- Contribute to resident wellbeing through companionship, conversation, and participation in activities
- Be the friendly face that brings joy and enrichment to the lives of our residents

Qualifications

- Previous experience in aged care
- Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent
- Certificate IV in Leisure and Health (highly desirable)
- Current First Aid Certificate (with CPR)
- Ability to build strong, positive relationships
- Confidence engaging residents in daily programmes and activities
- Genuine passion for supporting and enriching the lives of older people
- Great communication and teamwork skills,



along with basic computer literacy
- Prior to commencement – complete a National Police Check and or a NDIS Workers Check

Location

Charlesbrook, a 70-bed residential aged care facility located near the surrounds of Templestowe. Close proximity to major shopping centres, Birrarung and Westerfolds Parks, with access to major public transport routes.
