We’re a Club Daikin Dealer. That’s the top tier of Daikin’s dealer network, and it means our techs get factory training at Daikin, not a toolbox talk in the warehouse. Within your first year with us you’ll have completed Daikin service training on ducted, splits and VRV, with direct access to Daikin technical support when you hit something weird. When you leave the trade in twenty years, “Daikin factory trained” is still on your resume. That stays with you, wherever you go.

The pay is real and it’s written down. $45 to $60 per hour depending on experience, plus super, paid weekly. A $2,500 sign‑on bonus, half in your first pay, half at six months. Incentives on top. Our techs quote from an iPad with set pricing, so you’re never plucking numbers or hard selling grandmas. Diagnose it properly, explain it clearly, and the earnings follow.

Your day is built to not waste your time. We cluster jobs by area, so you’re not doing Joondalup, Armadale and back before lunch.



Residential service and repairs mostly, some light commercial, the odd straightforward install. No FIFO, no nights away, no downsizing when the season slows. Sleep in your own bed and coach the under 10s if that’s your thing.

What you’d be doing

- Fault finding and repairs on reverse cycle ducted and splits, plus evap
- Scheduled maintenance across a loyal, repeat customer base
- On‑site quoting through our job app
- Talking to homeowners like a human: what’s wrong, what it costs, what you’d do if it were your place

You’ll need

- Cert III Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, ARCtick, WA Restricted Electrical, White Card, WA driver’s licence
- Post‑trade diagnosis experience and pride in tidy work
- The ability to explain a fault to a customer without jargon or waffle

What you get

- $45 to $60 per hour + super + incentives, paid weekly, overtime available
