Our client is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Officer - Projects to support the delivery of strategic business improvement initiatives, stakeholder engagement activities and service provider partnership frameworks. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing government team on a long-term temporary assignment, contributing to operational efficiency, governance and service delivery outcomes.

About the role

- Lead and support business improvement and project initiatives that enhance service delivery outcomes.
- Develop policies, procedures, guidelines, templates and operational frameworks.
- Provide advice and support on stakeholder engagement, governance and service provider management.
- Identify and implement process improvements to support efficient and consistent business practices.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and collaborate across teams to deliver project outcomes.
- Ensure activities align with relevant legislation, policy, governance and compliance requirements.

About You





- Previous experience working within a State Government environment.
- Strong project management and business improvement experience.
- Exceptional writing skills with experience preparing policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Highly developed stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Able to obtain current police checl

- Full-time hours, Monday to Friday (36.25 hours per week).
