We're seeking an experienced Delivery & Architecture Manager to lead solution design, integration strategy, technology delivery, and governance across a complex enterprise environment. This is a highly influential role that combines architecture leadership with hands‑on implementation and support responsibilities.

The Opportunity

You'll work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to design and deliver secure, scalable, and commercially aligned solutions while driving integration, delivery excellence, and continuous improvement.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys challenging the status quo, simplifying complexity, and taking ownership from solution design through to successful delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

- Lead solution architecture and technical decision‐making across business‑critical systems
- Provide architectural governance and ensure solutions are sustainable, secure, and fit for purpose
- Design and implement system integrations and end‑to‑end data flows
- Apply security‑by‑design principles across new and existing solutions
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical outcomes
- Manage software vendors, procurement activities, and implementation partners
- Drive change management and production readiness reviews
- Support key applications and contribute to delivery planning and roadmap development
- Take an active hands‑on role in implementation, configuration, and support activities

What We're Looking For





- Proven experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or a similar leadership role
- Strong understanding of integrations, interfaces, APIs, and end‑to‑end data flows
- Experience designing and implementing solutions across both on‑premises and cloud environments (Azure and/or AWS)
- Knowledge of AI concepts and practical implementation approaches
- Experience integrating operational systems, payroll platforms, and workforce management solutions
- Strong understanding of cyber security principles and application governance
- ERP knowledge and experience working with business‑critical enterprise systems
- Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, reporting, and database technologies
- Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical audiences
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance short‑term delivery needs against long‑term architecture objectives
