Responsibilities
- Washing dishes along with general back‑of‑house cleaning and maintenance
- Ensuring all cleaning schedules are maintained
- Ensuring all chemicals are used and stored correctly
- Completing ‘Daily Cleaning Checklists’ for all back‑of‑house areas and related front‑of‑house components
Requirements
- High level of grooming and personal presentation
- High level of both written and verbal communication
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including early mornings, late nights, weekends and public holidays
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
