As a Resale Assistant, you'll play a key role in the smooth running of the store and the customer experience. Through great customer service, you'll help deliver a trusted resale service for every seller and shopper.
You'll Be Responsible For
- Delivering warm, proactive service that reflects the Goodbyes experience.
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the store and assisting with customer and member enquiries.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe store workplace.
- Supporting the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

- Are organised, proactive, and enjoy working in a fast-paced team.
