As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the friendly voice and trusted advisor! You’ll be supporting our customers across phone, email, and in‑branch enquiries working with the Sales Team to enhance our offering – all while leveraging your skills to grow and develop your career.

Based in our Wollongong branch , this is a permanent, full‑time role with a national brand (backed by Wesfarmers) where you’ll be working amongst a friendly and supportive team of stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Responding to sales enquiries within our branch or via phone and email
- Building engaging relationships with our customers and internal teams every day
- Processing and data entry of orders, quotes, and end‑to‑end customer interactions
- Providing product‑based information and cross‑selling where relevant
- Ensuring requests are actioned in a timely manner within allocated timeframes

Skills You’ll Bring

- Experience within a Sales or Customer Service workplace
- Ability to work unsupervised within a small team
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Comprehensive computer literacy specifically with Excel and Word
- Strong time management skills with a solution focused approach to problem solving
- Be safety minded and promote all things safety within our branch




- Experience in the lifting and heavy rigging industry welcomed but not essential
