Location: Trinity Community Services, Bundall – QLD
Remuneration: $45.35 – $49.47 per hour (includes 25% casual loading) + super + salary packaging + access to staff discounts & benefits
About The Role
- Deliver creative and engaging individual or group activities
- Support clients in achieving personal and developmental goals
- Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care and meal preparation
- Provide in-home and community-based support to promote independence
- Encourage skill development through mentoring and positive role modeling
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure high-quality care
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with guidelines
About You
- Creativity and motivation to deliver meaningful support
- Solid communication and teamwork skills
- A client-focused approach, valuing inclusivity and respect
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills to work in dynamic environments
- Experience working with neuro-diverse individuals (desirable but not essential)
- A valid NDIS Worker Screening and Police Check
- Queensland Driver’s Licence
- Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Disability Support, Aged Care, or Home Care
