About The Role

As a Retail Department Leader, you will:

- Let your customer service skills shine by being a solutions expert. Go beyond transactions, listen actively, understand customer needs, and confidently offer complete solutions that make their experience exceptional.
- Partner with the store leadership team to energise and motivate your crew. Help unlock their potential and drive performance by connecting daily actions to meaningful customer outcomes.
- Lead with purpose by mentoring and training your team. Share your knowledge, build their confidence and guide them to become trusted retail rockstars who deliver real value to every customer.
- Keep the store looking sharp and well‑stocked. Ensure every product is ready and available so customers can find exactly what they need,
