About the Role

Excellent opportunity for a customer service superstar to join our small supportive team as a Medical Receptionist in our fast‑paced clinic at Hoppers Crossing – Future Medical Imaging Group (FMIG) in full‑time capacity. The role also requires flexibility to travel and support nearby west clinics when required.

Responsibilities

- Managing all phone enquiries in a timely, professional and confidential manner
- Front‑of‑house reception / greeting patients upon arrival
- Scheduling appointments for patients and referrers
- Issuing patient invoices/receipts and processing Medicare rebates as required
- Entering and updating patient registration details
- Ensuring the reception and waiting area is clean and presentable at all times

Qualifications & Skills

- Strong customer service and patient focus skills
- Eagerness to learn
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- High level of attention to detail and confidentiality
- Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team
- Experience in a radiology background,



as well as exposure to Medicare services will be highly regarded
- Driver’s licence and a car
