About the role

Seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a large, complex infrastructure workplace, with a strong focus on business process mapping, requirements elicitation, and development of practical frameworks, guidance and governance artefacts.

Working closely with project teams and senior stakeholders, you will

- analyse current-state performance,
- facilitate workshops/interviews,
- document and validate requirements, and
- produce high-quality analysis deliverable e.g. process maps

Required skills

- Demonstrated experience in formal Business Analysis
- Demonstrated practical use of BABOK
- Strong process modelling capability, including BPMN standard
- Delivery experience across Waterfall, Agile and Scrum environments
- Proven experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and interviews
- Ability to produce high-quality BA artefacts: frameworks, guidance materials, process documentation, decision-support outputs




- Experience in asset management/ capital works/ infrastructure services projects within government sector highly desirable
