Job Description

Duties

- Lead & develop your team – Mentor, support, and inspire your team of Educators.
- Deliver outstanding programmes – Plan and deliver engaging, child‑led, age‑appropriate activities.
- Build strong community connections – Develop trusted relationships with children, families, school staff, and the wider MACSEYE team.
- Ensure quality & compliance – Maintain high standards across programming, administration, documentation, and regulatory compliance to keep your service running smoothly.

Qualifications

Skills and Experience

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA‑recognised) – Completed or in progress.
- Experience in childcare, OSHC, or early childhood settings.
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
- Strong communication and a collaborative, team‑focused approach.
- Australian work rights.

Benefits and Compensation

Permanent part‑time $39‑$45 per hour + super + allowances.

Rostered Hours

Morning: 7:00 am – 9:00 am

Afternoon: 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm

Plus: 2 hours of admin time per week.
