Build Your Wills & Estates Career with Broader Practice Exposure
An established Brisbane commercial law firm is seeking a Lawyer with around 2–4 years’ PAE to join its Wills & Estates practice.

You will work closely with a Partner, Senior Associate and Consultant across a broad range of Wills & Estates matters. You will also assist with disputes files as required, giving you broader exposure while continuing to build your core expertise.
The Role

- Drafting wills, including testamentary trust wills
- Reviewing family trusts and company arrangements
- Advising clients on succession and asset planning strategies
- Preparing supporting estate planning and succession documents
- Liaising directly with clients and professional advisers
- Managing matters with increasing autonomy
