About The Role

A day in your life as a BWS Team Member:

- Actively engage with customers by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments that customers will remember.
- Advocate for BWS loyalty programs and inform customers about perks and product offerings.
- Maintain stock on shelves so customers have the best choices available.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for customers and teammates.
- Uphold service of alcohol guidelines.
- Be yourself and shine at work.

About You

We are looking for:

- Confidence in communicating with customers to provide an engaging experience.
- Good availability across the day, evenings and weekends.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
- Genuine interest in learning and expanding product knowledge.
