This is an opportunity to step beyond a traditional CA position and become a key member of a team delivering high-profile projects for government, healthcare and institutional clients.
The Role
Reporting into senior project leadership, you will be responsible for:
- Progress claims and payment applications
- Variation management and assessment
- Procurement and subcontract administration
- Consultant engagement and management
- Project reporting and commercial compliance
- Cost tracking and forecasting support
- Management of project correspondence and contractual records
Ideal Candidate
- 5-10 years experience as a CA or Commercial Administrator
- Solid knowledge of construction contracts
- Experience managing subcontractor packages
- Strong commercial acumen
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
