Project Manager - (260000A5)
Location: South Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. The role is full‑time on site with occasional travel.
Our Transport team based in Brisbane is looking for an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of major transport infrastructure projects across Queensland. Working closely with TMR and other key stakeholders, you will manage projects from early planning through to delivery. This position offers exposure to a diverse portfolio of transport projects and the opportunity to play a key role in shaping safe, resilient and sustainable infrastructure for our communities.

Project Phases
- Options Analysis
- Business case development
- Preliminary design
- Detailed design
- IFC (Issued for Construction)
- Construction support
Day‑to‑Day Tasks
- Manage end‑to‑end delivery of transport infrastructure projects
- Build strong relationships with local authorities, contractors, and internal stakeholders
- Lead project planning, resourcing, financial management, risk and quality outcomes
- Monitor scope, programme and budgets to ensure successful delivery
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across design and construction phases
- Support proposal development and contribute to future work opportunities
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with best‑practice PM frameworks
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Project Management or similar
- Proven experience delivering transport infrastructure projects
- Strong experience working on TMR projects
- Background in consulting or professional services environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Confident managing multiple projects and competing priorities
