About the Role..
This commercial position will delve into the revenue management system/tool to build a real time picture of KPI's & metrics relating to pricing, occupancy rates, and revenue performance across multi‑site locations. Behind the scenes you’ll review revenue based metrics (financial and non-financial) to provide built dashboards which inform decision making around revenue uplift initiatives working with the COO, Operations, CX and Marketing teams.
- Using revenue and trend metrics to develop pricing
- Read the profit and loss to understand Revenue forecasting
- Review occupancy rates and related performance
- Commercial reporting
- New site launches and set pricing/ratesWork closely with CX and Marketing to use the revenue data to initiate promotional campaigns
What You’ll Bring..
- A passion for working with revenue management systems/tools, and skills to extract & interrogate metrics to build a picture of revenue, gaps and opportunities to uplift performance
- 3–5 years' experience in revenue management, yield management,
commercial/operational, or a related analytical/commercial role
- Demonstrated experience setting and optimising pricing across multiple products or locations
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to build models and present data to enable commercial decisions
- Experience of engaging with cross functional teams to use revenue and performance metrics informing Marketing and CX initiatives
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present commercial insights clearly to leadership teams
- Comfortable working on-site, in a fast‑paced and growing business
Highly regarded
- Experience in self storage, hospitality, car parking, or another yield-managed property or space-rental business
- Familiarity with revenue management software or dynamic pricing tools
- Experience building or managing CRM/lead management processes
- Exposure to multi-site or portfolio-level commercial management
