What You'll Be Doing

- Creating high-quality learning and care experiences that support each child's wellbeing, development, and sense of belonging
- Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate experiences that inspire curiosity, exploration, and joy
- Observing, documenting, and celebrating children's learning to inform intentional teaching
- Maintaining safe, organised, and inviting environments where children feel secure and valued
- Building strong, respectful partnerships with families through open communication
- Working collaboratively with a growing team committed to reflection and continuous improvement

About the Candidate

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care ( Cert III & actively working towards)
- Experience in an early childhood setting, with confidence working within best-practice frameworks
- A solid belief in teamwork, respect, and community
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A positive, solutions-focused mindset and willingness to contribute to growth and change
- A genuine passion for early learning,
