These full-time positions offer hands‑on training while you complete a nationally recognized trade qualification.

What You’ll Learn

- Fabricating and assembling steel components
- Welding, cutting and preparing materials
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Safely using fabrication equipment, hand tools and power tools
- Operating manual and CNC machinery
- Reading engineering drawings and specifications
- Using measuring and inspection equipment
- Setting up machines and tooling

We are looking for applicants who:

- Have a genuine interest in engineering and learning a trade
- Are reliable, punctual and willing to learn
- Take pride in producing quality work
- Have good communication and teamwork skills
- Show robust attention to detail
- Understand the importance of workplace safety
- Hold a driver’s licence and have reliable transport—preferred
- Have completed a relevant pre‑apprenticeship or work experience—advantageous but not essential

School leavers, mature-age applicants and candidates who have already started an apprenticeship are encouraged to apply.
